Topping up

Add credits from your billing area whenever you need them. Credits don't expire on a monthly cycle the way a plan allowance would — they sit on your balance until used.

What uses credits

Only AI actions consume credits — enriching descriptions, inferring attributes, generating copy. Everything else in Trajekt — connecting stores, manual rules, running and delivering feeds — is covered by your plan.

Keeping costs predictable

• Caching means you're only charged when a product is new or changed, so steady-state costs are low.
• Filtered runs let you enrich just the products that need it rather than the whole catalogue.
• Manual rules first — clean data with free rules before AI touches it.

Running low

Turn on the low-balance notification so you're warned before credits run out and an enrichment run is skipped. You can top up at any time without interrupting your feeds.
