Managing billing and AI credits

Your billing area is where you manage both your plan subscription and your AI credit balance. They're separate: the plan is a monthly subscription; credits are topped up as you use them.

Your subscription

Plans are billed monthly. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the billing area — upgrades apply immediately and are prorated, and downgrades take effect from your next cycle.

AI credits

Top up credits whenever you need them. They sit on your balance until used and only decrease when you run AI enrichment. Turn on the low-balance alert so a run is never skipped for want of credits.

Invoices and receipts

Every payment — subscription and top-up — generates a receipt you can download from billing for your records.

Failed payments

If a subscription payment fails, you'll be notified and given a window to update your card before the plan is affected. Feeds keep running during that window.
