Price and availability mismatches
Channels compare your feed against your landing page. If the price or availability differs, they disapprove the product. The fix is almost always about freshness — keeping the feed in step with your store.
Why it happens
Your store changes a price or sells out, but the channel is still reading an older feed. The feed and the page disagree, so the channel flags a mismatch. It doesn't mean your data is wrong — just out of date.
The fix: refresh more often
Increase your refresh frequency so the feed tracks your store closely, and set the channel's fetch schedule to match. For fast-moving catalogues, more frequent refreshes are available on paid plans.
Currency and formatting
Make sure prices carry the right currency (GBP) and format. A price without a currency, or with a stray symbol, can also trigger errors. Trajekt formats these correctly, but if you set a price with a rule, keep the format valid.
Sale prices
Use the dedicated sale price field rather than overwriting the regular price, so the channel shows the discount properly and the comparison still matches your page.
