🚀 Getting started

Publish your first feed

Once a source is connected, publishing is quick: create the feed, run it, and hand the generated URL (or SFTP details) to the channel.

Create the feed

Add a new feed, choose the source and the destination channel, and give it a clear name (for example 'Google Shopping — UK'). Trajekt sets sensible defaults so the feed is valid from the first run.

Run it and check the output

Run the feed and watch the live progress as products are converted. When it finishes, open the product list to spot-check a handful — confirm titles, prices and images look right before you submit it anywhere.

Submit to the channel

Most channels accept a feed URL you paste into their dashboard (Google Merchant Center, Meta Commerce Manager, and so on). Some — like ChatGPT Shopping — use SFTP delivery, where Trajekt pushes the file to the platform for you. Each channel's help doc covers exactly where the URL goes.

Then let it run itself

Set a refresh schedule and Trajekt keeps the feed current — new products, price changes and stock updates are picked up on every run.

  1. Create the feed
Pick a source and destination channel and name the feed.
  2. Run and review
Run the feed and spot-check the converted products.
  3. Submit the URL
Paste the feed URL into the channel, or let Trajekt deliver by SFTP.
  4. Schedule refreshes
Set the feed to refresh so it stays up to date automatically.
